You're wrong, pending payment's are only when the transaction is suspicious, like a 1000$ from a new account. A 5$ will not be a pending transaction and will proceed in a few seconds after clicking the button.

Paypal was clearly sent twice. Both times it matched the same, user is just scamming. And like I said he kept looking through different "loan" threads might be trying to make a run for it.

The main reason I'm so adamant on getting my $5 is because it's pretty much all I got rn you know, I started my junk yard so I could make some cash. I went from $4 to what should be $18 (if he didn't scam) and I feel as if I'm doing really fucking well, and this would be a huge setback and I would just lose motivation, and faith in this community.
