Honestly I think Found is innocent.

Here's why,

kitcat likes to stir up shit so she/he gets attention from people. I highly doubt that "guy" is his/her friend. He barley knows how to speak proper English. Also if he really was such a good friend you would have done the deal for them and middleman'd as such so everyone got what they wanted.

I would disregard anything that kitcat says from this point on in this thread.
