Nah he's making a few deals. He has a 25$ loan out and scammed another person for 10$

I've seen people exit scam for 5k before, why would people scam for such a small and meaningless amount that will only last a couple days...

People get desperate? Who knows. Maybe he sees what he is doing is justified as he is in a bad financial situation.

Scamming is never justified, whether it's one penny or one thousand.

Not in our eyes no. But maybe they see differently. We will never understand the mind of a scammer.
