Can't you show message a staff member the proof and then make a thread and have the staff thread say they checked for proof and they are the owner, honestly that's bad business selling it to people who want you to PM them because maybe someone on MCM is just cruising around and they see the name and they will pay more then the regular OG buyers

This would be acceptable, yes. I would highly encourage anyone that wants to sell an account such as the one Richest is selling to send proof to myself or another CO. We'll let you know what kind of proof we'd like to see and if sufficient, we'd be happy to state that in your thread.
