High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

So what you wanna do is make sure you do respond to them. Otherwise they'll take the 5$ you earned the user definitely charged back thinking he's going to win.

Make sure you respond with screenshots of the incident and the receipt of the payment and let them know that the user is lying.
Would screenshots of our Skype convo work? I don't think I have a receipt :(

Receipts are kept in your email :) go look back at your email and screenshot that and send that to them. And yes skype conversations work too. If you made a deal with the user on MCM look to see if he's banned. If so tell them about the incident if not. Also make a scam report.
Thank you, half of the deal was done on MCM before we transferred to skype, also he sent me a screenshot of his payment but it was cropped, would sending Paypal a link of that help?

That's fine,

And don't worry about his argument. He obviously scammed you and is trying to make it look like it was a misunderstanding, just do the things I've said and you should be fine if you put some hard work into it.
Thanks, I'll let you know what happens :)

PayPal is good about finding out if an unauthorized payment claim is true or false. More often than not, the scammer will lose this type of dispute because PayPal will look at their IPs and or browser cookies.

If it's for "Unauthorized Transaction" you can't do anything anyway.

This has happened to me twice. For $200 and $20. Both times I did nothing and a week later I got an email saying no evidence of unauthorized activity was found and funds have been restored.

"Do nothing" is what I say every time to people who ask me about this and it works. Chearful and Misaki can confirm.

Thats not the full story, but this is your best bet. Whoever scammed you may have messed up, and you could get the money back by riding it out. Good luck.

For me, it always work when I respond you can listen to Doge but my own methods work cause I've never lost 1 chargeback yet.
I'll make a scam report on mcm now, could you guys check the evidence and see if paypal will approve of it or if it's better if I don't respond?
