Do people sell their xenforo licenses

Just use NamelessMC. Its almost just like Xenforo, but way better then Enjin. It is specifically designed around minecraft so it would help in this case if you are using it for that purpose. It is 100% open source so you can edit your site and themes all you please. We also have a support discord. namelessmc.com

It's legal. You can legally transfer a license.

The Software may be permanently transferred by the original purchaser to a third party ("Subsequent Licensee") not before 120 days following purchase, provided that the expiry date of the License falls after the date of the transfer. The original licensee may not retain a copy or installation of the Software. The Subsequent Licensee must agree to the terms of this Agreement and waive the right to transfer.

People tend to sell for around $50-70 here. On extralicense.com they go from $60-110 depending on how long in updates are left.

Personally, I'd buy it brand new yourself. I tried buying a couple and got scammed both times. Its not worth the fuss.

You're telling me, if you had the opportunity to buy XenForo for less than half the original asking price, you wouldn't? There is no way for the xenforo to prove that you have got the license from someone else. It may be "illegal", its also illegal to drink under the age of 18 in most circumstances in the UK. People still do it.
I'm leaving it there, it's not worth the argument.
