I have permission from my friend who owns a plugin called ReportPlus (Lets users create reports to be posted & managed in-game as well as sent over to Discord; It works with Bungeecord and utilises TitleAPI too) to transfer the plugin over to MC-Market with the intention of selling it for a cheap price such as $2. He will take it off of Spigot. (If I do upload it to MC-Market I will include screenshots of proof of ownership).

The reason for the cheap price is because the only versions we will support are 1.8-1.13. We have stopped development of the plugin so although we will help users who have trouble setting up, we won't be fixing any bugs (although there should be minimal as most for these versions have been fixed).

Is this allowed / Is it worthwhile to buy a plugin for $2 but with no bug fixing?

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

To make sure a user continues to use your plugin I would recommend providing support for the plugin.
