Do you know any region/land plugins like this?

I will be able to tip anybody who can link me to a plugin which is working like I'm describing below.

What I'm looking for is a plugin which makes people able to buy land / a region. This should be working with some sort of NPC GUI.
{player} right clicks on NPC -> a GUI menu pops up
{player} can right-click on a block and buy a region I have made with WorldGuard.
{player} can now invite people to the region and build in that region
GUI menu makes the land unpurchaseable since another player bought it, which means a player must buy another region/land from the GUI.

Does this remind you of any plugins like this? If not, thanks for taking the time to read my description.

I believe this will do what you want. I used it before on an old survival server of mine to create sellable plots for people to build Chest shops in.
