There are some very intresting articles that prove that after 3 months of shampoo ( this differs from every person) your hair will fully recover and be way healthier and not oily. This is because when using shampoo, the shampoo removes all of the fats on your scalp. In response to that your scalps starts way overproducing oil because this could not really happen in nature your body respones in a weird way.

This only works on some scalps and mostly on short haired people.

I've seen the articles you're speaking of but what you're not bringing up is the extreme dandruff and the negative side effects that also come from it. The fungus that will, more than likely, start to grow on your scalp. The loss of hair from the buildup. Not to mention the disgusting feeling and the smell.

I wash my hair every other time I shower and condition twice a week. Then once a week I wash my hair with a biotin rich shampoo to help ensure a nice, healthy sheen.

I recently bought myself a deep wave wig from True Glory Hair. It looked amazing, and I was so excited to wear it to a party. Unfortunately, during the party, someone accidentally spilled champagne all over my wig. Now, it's all sticky and dirty.

I'm wondering, can I wash my wig with shampoo? If so, which shampoo would be best for cleaning it without damaging the waves? I really want to make sure I take good care of it so it stays looking fabulous. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
