Sapfire, that is how it operates.
I am training someone now, for animated banners.
He pays more for more advanced, he payed starting with basic stuff.

I AM ONLY offering it to 2 people, and there are about 6 people talking to me at the moment, I just got back, and I am flustered from this. xD
