Staff Manager
As a staff manager, I'd specialize on the staff team. I will work on organizing the foundation of the team, and sorting through the applications. A better view of what I'd do:
* Create a staff team foundation (Helper, Mod, etc.)
* Create staff team documents (Punishment List, Handbook, etc)
* Promote // Demote staff members
* Run Staff Meetings
* Review Applications
* Help staff members become better at their job.

Document Creator
As a document creator, I'd specialize in creating documents // formats for the staff team // forums. This includes staff handbook, ban appeal/report users etc. formats, etc.

Would not use worked with this guy on a server called 'lemoncloud' he is unprofessional made jokes about slavery has terrible grammar (mentioned because he wants to be a document creator) and also makes a joke out of what should be a very serious thing.

1) This all happened almost a year ago. I've worked hard on improving my maturity and professionalism since.

2) I really don't have terrible grammar. You used 2 periods in your whole message, and could have had more sentences.

Doesn't matter when it was, slavery is not something to joke about. It's shows immaturity. But good luck!
