Documentation Writing (Plugins brought to life)

Today, I'm looking for some great minds that are capable of documenting their ideas fully. This would range from commands to permission nodes to the whole plugin thought out.
Who we are
We are a skyblock server that averages about 100 players and a constant 50+ players on at all times. We have a completely custom core so anything you can think of, we have a team of a developers that are able to bring it to life. Of course, every step you'd have to update us with your ideas so we can approve them. We don't want you to waste your time writing a full documentation that we may not use.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a group of people that are capable of coming up with great ideas for SKYBLOCK, which obviously means that you'd have to be extremely familiar with the gamemode.
Why would I give you my brilliant ideas?
Like many say, money is everything. I'm sure many people have wonderful ideas that would make great servers but unfortunately, the reality is, most people lack the money to actually bring those ideas to life. So instead of holding on to it and wondering if it would be a success, why not pass it over, see it being brought to life, AND get paid for it? We have many features on our current server so of course you'd need to be accustomed with it before we can complete the idea.
Pay
Our pay is dependent on how much detail is provided within the document you provide us, and the level of idea and time put into it. You'd tell us your idea beforehand and once we approve, you can continue with the full documentation. Of course, we would make this worth your time. Additionally, there is no need for me to "scam" and ruin my reputation as you can ask multiple people who have worked with me that I provide fair pay. Anything else can be discussed privately if needed.
Please do not PM me without an idea of what you're doing. I also expect a few ideas before hand.
