Does anybody have a blank credit card that works for PayPal verification?

I'm trying to get my PayPal account verified, but I used my credit card on a different account. If anybody has like an old visa card, or like a giftcard, that they don't mind sending (with no money on it) that would be amazing. tysm

There's online services where you can claim free blank cards , search up virtual credit cards

I've tried those sites but they dont work

Yup , it's much better you can ask someone to do that if you don't have a card
