Does Anyone Know the Name of this Spawn?

This spawn I was wanting to take a look into, does anyone know the name of it?
It's extremely similar to an old build of ours and it's a free download, that's all I know. I just wanted to take a look at it myself to see how similar it was.

We're not going to use it, we're just going to see how similar it is to one of our old builds from 2+ years ago:

We used it on our old server a few years back, and one of my other servers about a year ago and we're planning on possibly re-modeling it that's why we want to take a look at this spawn. Why do you ask?
