Does anyone know what's wrong?

Okay honestly I'm so stumbled here.

Problem

Half the users that search up my Skype can't find me for some reason.

Some users can find me easily.
Others = no results.

I need all users to be able to add me on Skype!

Also, I'm not able to add few users on Skype cause I can't find them (other users can add the certain user on Skype) which prevents me from doing deals with them .

Please help, I'm so confused why this is happening.

Updated my Skype to the latest version. If this problem arises once again, I'll re-open this thread. For now, this thread will remain locked. Thanks Gianna and KoenFox
