I was looking at https://mcprohosting.com/ and their prices look pretty good, but I wanted to know if the service is good (e.g. uptime, speed, tech support, ect.). If you have them as a host, could you let me know?

Thanks,

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Eh, I personally use Anvilnode as they offer my demands. Their SSD's are blazing fast and their live chats are just marvelous , they'd be able to answer your question in a few seconds. They're cheap too :) 1GB:$2.50

I personally use shockbyte, they are pretty decent and have not had any issues.

Thanks. I'll check them out too.

MCProHosting isn't bad, but they are expensive. Much more knowledgeable though.
Use AnvilNode : ) - code: kryp15

Get a vps instead. You can host servers and website and much more with it.

I looked into a vps at one point, but they usually charge by the hour.... and most aren't cheap. But I'm sure it would be worth it if I could get a website on it too. I never tried a vps, so I really don't know how they work. Are they like pc servers (What you would get if you did remote assistance) that you connect to?
