Does Discord Gives Rare Tags? Because I'm Doubting it

I noticed none of the 'special' tags show up when farming for tags, did they like made it only for nitro users (would be shitty) or something?

Also I tried searching on there faq/wiki about tags and they say nothing about having a chance of 9999 to get 0001 or something rare
