Ive been seeing a lot of servers with big pay2win donations on there server, some ranging into the thousands and I do wonder, do they even care anymore? I mean even though they own the game and made the set of rules for server owners to follow. Do they really care anymore? I mean Minecraft is basically a larger scale of Garry's Mod, make whatever server you want but why did they have to enforce a EULA that they don't act on. Its like its there but nobody really cares

Garry's Mod thrives off Donations to servers even though it provides a pay2win experience, but the owner of Garry's Mod garry doesn't care and has even been seen buying ranks on Garry's Mod servers. So why does mojang make something like this but not enforce it? Also is it worth to follow it? I do wonder these things

They enforce it on servers with about 100 or more players, and there are lots of round a bouts about this. For example, if you offer creates with the possibility of a rank (even low percents) you then fall into technical boundaries. So they do still enforces it, just on a super small scale.

So basically what you are saying is, whatever you can offer on a donation store offer in a crate? or battlepass type system?

Thats correct, at least to my understanding of the Eula, that would beat the system as you do not have to pay to receive that item, you can play or vote to get it.
