Does Mojang even care about their EULA?

Hey there fellow MCM members, today i wanna discuss the following topic with you: Does Mojang care about the EULA?

Lets be real, no server owner really agrees to the EULA.
Literally, every HCF server has Crates and other store items that are not EULA conform. You cant tell me that the big fishes like Arcane and Velt never got reported, i dont think mojang cares really. Please let me hear your opinions on this.
