Does scamming IP ban you from the website?

My friend was scammed and the scammer was banned from the website but the kid that was banned said he was gonna come back and scam more people like my friend. Just wondering if you IP ban or not.. lol

Idk exactly what happened, i just know he scammed my friend. but thanks. I know that they are trying to use IPV6 now cause their is a shortage in IPV4 but its gonna take a while.

How it mainly works is. It's not IP ban. But it informs the staff of MCM and they ban there alt accounts. But this website knows when you are changing your IP cause it's VPNS and Proxies. So either way. Your friend can't ever come back.

Oh people have found ways to bypass it.. I know of a few people.
