I have used it multiple times, no problems so far.
It's just like any other website so no, sellfy won't directly get you limited.
What does get you limited is PayPal itself. They can limit your account at any time and ask for extra verification.

Usually they'll just ask you to sign their waiver, though it may be hard as fuck to get out of them what caused them to limit it.
I once got a message that my paypal got limited due to me encouraging illegal activities. I could not wrench out of their customer service what actual thing I had done, so I'm still sortof salty.
Apart from that, if you're 18+ and have a bank account linked, you're likely to not get limited unless you do something stupid.
