Does this count as alting?

Hey so I became a manager for a friend, and he asked me if I could also handle is mc-market account can I do that without getting banned for alting? I will sell stuff in my account and his account, please answer me because I don't want to get banned for alting.

you can only have 2 accounts
1 personal
1 business
if you consider that 2nd account as a business account for something like a shop or company, you're more than welcomed to do that. But make sure that if he does that, to go to his profile page information and let him add your username to the account so you can login to it without admins being suspicious (if I'm clear enough)

But I didn't make that account, and I want both of the accounts to be business accounts
