Does this plugin exist?

Wondering if there is a sort of mod mode plugin where when a user with a permission runs, for example, /mod, it makes them the default/member rank but gives them moderator permission (without the prefix) and does the reverse when ran again (gives them back mod rank and removes the permissions from them). I use PEX so I don't think compatibility would be a problem.

Hmm, Staff+ is sort-of similar in terms of the fact that there's a separate mode for being staff wherein you can whitelist or blacklist certain permissions.

I was just looking at that and may install it but my staff want like an incognito mod mode.

just make the mod prefix the same as normal members

They want to be able to switch between them though and I also want it to change in tab.

You can manually change it.
Would just need to save the current rank/prefix or whatever.
