Doing a portal page for a server rank

Hi, I'm Hugh Chalmers. I'm a frontend and backend developer. I'm willing to setup a portal page for your Minecraft server, and get you an Xenforo forums site, in exchange for an in-game rank on this server http://store.mineheroes.net/category/348962 (The rank is Legend for $10). You need not pay until you're 100% satisfied with your site.

I'll make your portal site, I'll send screenshots, when you're satisfied, if you wish, I will setup an Xenforo forums site for you (I will not do designs, but I'll setup forums and boards and ranks etc.), then, when you're satifsied with everything, you will pay for the rank, then I'll send files for the forums & portal.
