Let me give the backstory behind all this first:
I am getting my girlfriend a promise ring and a necklace. I noticed I had $25 extra in my PayPal and was like "Hey why not buy a gift card online from Pandora Rings to save some money?", so I placed the order for a gift card and all was well. Next day I receive an e-mail from them saying how my payment was declined (I got declined 2 times, even my parents as well which I find insane) due to an information mismatch as Pandora Rings had information from my old house and not my updated one and I will have to wait 30 days for a refund.
I decided to accept that and 2 friends came to me offering to buy it for me. They tried. Needless to say they both got declined as well.
You may be asking "Why not just pay full price then?", well it's simple. Lets just say I did not expect my payment nor my friends payments to be declined and I used up my money. I only have enough to pay for the ring + shipping full price, but not the necklace ($25 short, but I am requesting $30 just in case for anything like taxes).
So in short: I am requesting $30 and willing to do anything valid and reasonable for it.
I'll be depositing that money to my bank and just going locally to the store and just buy it.
