I have about 3 years of experience owning Minecraft servers(started playing MC in version 1.2.5), they all did decent. They were all eventually sold to other owners and then went dead. The reason for selling my servers were lost of interest, but since I need some money, I'll be willing to do simple configurations for *most* plugins. I also know a variety of plugins that I have used in the past and can suggest a couple if needed. Here's a random list of plugins I know I can configure for you: (just plugins I can think of at the top of my head, but I can do much more, of course.)
GroupManager/PEX (never used luckperms)
Essentials Messages (really any messages from any plugins)
Featherboard/any other scoreboard plugin
SexyMOTD
Crates
ShopGUI+
Essential Admin Shop (your /warp shop if you want me to slave that)
Votifier/GAListener (or any other listeners)
Well I'm too lazy to try and think of all plugins, but I can configure most plugins. Nothing too advanced though, such as anti-cheat plugins, etc.
I can also do Bungeecord connections.
