Here are some of my suggestions for your thread so more people will be more interested in hiring you:
Note that these are just suggestions, you're not obliged to follow

1. Adding a resume, or at the very least, list your experiences. I understand that you're still young and probably have never made a resume before, but trust me when I say a resume is key if you want to get a proper position. 2. Make your thread look professional and interesting. Not trying to cause any harm, but your thread is competing with the Atacama desert as the driest place on Earth. No one will hire you with only two lines on your thread and people will just think you're a random careless kid who stumbles upon MC-M. You have bold, italic, underline, colors, emojis , and many more. Utilize that so people will be more interested.
3. You're too young to become a moderator. Even 16 is too young for most recruiters. Maybe start off as a helper? That way you will get many experiences on your belt. You can use those experiences and vouches to apply higher positions once you're older. No, I'm not insulting your age. I'm saying that you're not gonna go anywhere if you're that young and looking for a position as a moderator. I see many servers on this forum that are looking for helpers, start from there and work your way up.
4. "u most explain to me what is it!" is a massive turnoff for recruiters. Discord Moderating means you have to be independent and assertive, because you're literally handling the entire Discord server. Not saying you shouldn't get any help, but if the recruiters have to explain everything to you, they won't hesitate to decline.
5. You play a lot of Roblox, but what about Minecraft? Honestly, 80% of recruiters don't care about Roblox experiences. UNLESS you also have Minecraft experiences. Since most of us here are more familiar about Minecraft (I've never played Roblox before), maybe tell us your Minecraft experiences. How long have you been playing Minecraft? Have you been a staff on a Minecraft server? etc.

Sorry if it's too much for you. I'm not trying to trash your thread, instead I hope you see this as a way of me helping you out so you can get the position you wanted. Of course, my suggestions only work if you are motivated and dedicated. Good luck on your journey. :tup:
