I haven't made MC plugins for awhile but I am getting back into it and would like to make some small plugins to get out my rust. Plugin Name: Smoking

What it should do: It adds different types of smoking devices such as listed below:

- Shisha
- Cigar
- Joint
- Cigarette
- Bong

How should it be accessible: /smokes

What item should the smoking devices be: Hoes (From Gold to Diamond)

What do you need to do: You right click them and then smoke particles and a friendly message comes out

Cooldown Yes/No? : If you can do it would be nice

Permissions?: smokes.(Smoking Device) ex: smokes.shisha and smokes.gui (for the gui)
