Okay so my staff team has been very inactive so i wanna do a whole staff team revamp!
The server is ready to launch with a everything setup!
All we need is a staff team revamp!
We really need staff so if you want to be a part of the team before the fame now is ur best chance!

Why should you be chosen as a Staff member?

I think that you should choose me to become a staff member because I have great communication skills. I have gotten these communication skills by befriending people and talking to friends both offline and online. I have worked on servers in the past and had to work with the staff team, which also has helped me with my communication skills.



Why do you want to become Staff?
I would like to become staff to be able to meet new people and learn from different various experiences that come upon me. I am a person all about exploration and friendships, and this opportunity is something I will deeply enjoy.

What puts you over other applicants?
I am a staff member with high potential and experience. Adding me to the staff team will increase the servers value and also greater the chance of succession.


Scenarios

1- Someone is Spamming/Advertising in chat, what do you do? If the player were to advertise, I would ban them permanently from the nework.

2- Someone is reported for Hacking, What do you do? Spectate and take appropriate action. (Ban if necessary)

3- You catch someone Hacking, what do you do? Spectate, record and Ban.

4- You think someone is Hacking, what do you do? I would spectate, ask for other opinions and potentially freeze/screenshare if necessary.

5- Someone has just promoted spam, everyone has started spamming, what do you do? Potentially mute the chat and mute the player promoting spam.

Anything else you would like to add: I am someone with experience, adding me to your staff team will benefit you greatly. I am a paid staff manager so if you'd like to to fulfil that role, you may message me and we can discuss terms.

Actually the trailer is not "Botted" i actually bought promotions and got it shouted out a bunch.
The enjin is just temporary as our Web Developer is working on our website!
And for the buycraft we are still working on that as well we just have the basic stuff up.

Have you had any past experience (if possible provide clear proof)? Well, I've been moderator on TimelessPvP back when it was still up. But unfortunately mojang shut it down because of the eula.

Why should you be chosen as a Staff member? I could make a great addition as I know alot about graphics designing, video editing, managing and own a whole lot of premium/custom plugins.

Why do you want to become Staff? I feel like this is the right server for me, everything is very professional.

What puts you over other applicants? This was stated in the "Why should you be chosen as a staff member?" question.

Scenarios

1- Someone is Spamming/Advertising in chat, what do you do?
Ask them to stop, if they continue I will punish with a 30 minute mute. If it continues after that It would be a temp mute.

2- Someone is reported for Hacking, What do you do?
Teleport over to them in vanish (If I have the commands). Record and make sure they're really hacking before banning.
If its their first time I'd probally give a 1 week ban, if they continue to do it after that its a temp ban.

3- You catch someone Hacking, what do you do?
Start recording, and temp/perm ban.

4- You think someone is Hacking, what do you do?
Inspect them with the teleport in vanish method.

5- Someone has just promoted spam, everyone has started spamming, what do you do?
Freeze chat for a few minutes.

But, Yes staff revamp the staff that are active and know what they are doing are still on the team.

The trailer had me hyped but then I was disappointed when I saw the website and buycraft.
I have high standards

Like i said our web dev is working on our website right now.
