Domain help urgent

I have bought a domain under godaddy but when I put my subdomain in front, someone has taken that already. What actions can I take to take this from them as it is my domain I have rightfully purchased.

Wait what? Are you sure you arent trying to make a sub domain that you have already created? That doesnt sound right, 2 people cant have the same domain.

did you connect your domain to your IP address with somebody else's port by accident? I've done that before

If you are using Shared hosting (aka not a Dedi) there will be more than one Minecraft Server running on the Server.

The other person has probably bought the 25565 port, so what you can do, is A) Set up an SRV Record (Just Google it.) or B) Ask your host if you can buy a 25565 port or a Dedicated IP.

Also, you might have just set up your A Record incorrectly, just check it again
