You may be better placing the domain for auction on sites such as Sedo. As I don't believe that it has much monetary value here on MCM (especially since nobody has purchased it yet).

I got them to make me a PHP site. I don't work with PHP.
Also, I'm only including the domain, nothing else (besides the SSL's for em)

Charlie : It's a portfolio template he paid Unreal to design, not necessarily just a PHP site. PHP may be used to echo content, however the layout and styles were also created by Unreal. This appears to be something he has done in the past too, as there are multiple portfolio templates designed for him displayed on Unreal's portfolio page.
