Not intending to trash but realize who you are marketing towards. No end-user on MCM is gonna pay $xxx for a long 3-word domain name like this, especially with "the" being in front of it. Look at the history of the sale of Mc-Forum and Mc-Forums on here... but best of luck I guess.

Worth like $50, you could maybe squeeze $75 (unless you have graphics, a website already made, some traffic, etc).
