anything that has 10+ players at the least, any type of server. with offers that aren't "$200, 5 player server OP!".

Hopefully one that had 10 players yesterday, not one that had 10 players 3 years ago.

a reasonable amount based upon player amount.

Such as a domain that's been offline for a week that use to get 15 players (would probably get 10 now and/or old players would be 5-10?) , possibly 50 (example), but that's just a number, they change, could be less or more depending on you know, bartering, haggling, etc.
