Is it possible to point your minecraft server to your server's IP, and your website's IP

Have 1 domain pointing to two things

PebbleHost

It's possible as long as both services are on the same IP address.

Different, 1 going to your minecraft's server the other one going to your websites

Yes. So many servers do it lol.
Then one service has to be on a subdomain (ex: Minecraft).
Currently Im doing it, I have cloudflare pointing my domain to my server, and my website. Sometimes though people get the error message
" Cannot resolve hostname " and cannot join the server...

How is that fixable

You need to have 2 A record. One that points to the website and one that points to the server. If the server doesn't use port 25565, you'll need to setup an SRV record as well.

Also, ensure that the records aren't be proxied through Cloudflare. This means it should have a gray cloud instead of orange next to the record.

www is an old convention that isn't used much anymore, but sites still need to support it in case someone does type the "www."

Using the kind of setup you just described (www.domain.com to the website host and domain.com to the MC server host) means that anyone trying to access your website without typing the "www." will get an error, or whatever is located at port 80 on your MC server.

Considering most people don't type the "www.", this will cause a problem.
