You either just have to know WifiSpy or pay him to get your resources blacklisted. Legal notices won't do anything to BSMC and will not do anything in the future either. In general "legal notices" are useless when it comes to off-shore hosting, which most leaking sites utilize.

Summing up, your prices are ridiculous.

Blackhost responds to DMCA notices. I have read and learned a lot during my Internship + with siblings teaching me a lot about internet laws.

Anyone can file a DMCA complaint, you can even find templates on the internet, edit them to your needs and that's it. I don't understand how a simple copy paste e-mail is worth the amount you're charging.

It's the effort to do everything right, to top it off, I provide external services such as license panel, premium support. My pricing is extremely low, I feel I have to most competitive prices on the market. If you don't agree with the pricing, I'd suggest you find somewhere else.

Other than your fancy panels and premium support, it comes down to a leaked resource being removed from X leaking platform. All it takes is a DMCA complaint which can be found anywhere on the internet. Charging people for something that they shouldn't even have to pay for is just absurd.
