Donation chargeback advice? what did i do wrong.

So this person chargedback after a while for no reason, i provided paypal buycraft email of him purchasing the rank, and sent them the terms everything i could of gave everything to show proof that he did get his rank, and i still lost the case this is what paypal said.

Due to the unique circumstances of the case, PayPal will refund your buyer at no cost to you. Your account will not be debited.

What did i miss? how did he win this when i provided all the proof i can. just worried if i get any chargeback in the future if this would just happen again.

Did you give him a reason to charge back like,did you,shutdown your server, ban him or something like that?

Not sure about that. In fact, Paypal is more lenient towards the sellers now. Whether the product is virtual or not. I have never lost a chargeback. Too easy to beat.

What do you say when you reply to them?

I don't like to give that out. But as said above, do not show the TOS. I have showed them the BuyCraft log as well and called them as I believe it is better. But thats the tricky part. I have had 2 accounts locked before for that.

Dam that sucks. well ill just try some other message hope this doesnt happen again. thanks everyone for the reply

I chargedback $100 from a scammer and my message was literally he scammed me and I got my money back in 5 days.
