Howdy there, I'm looking for a pretty simple plugin here, a drugs plugin that goes like so

When the player right clicks the following items, it gives them the effect for 7s after clicking.

Sugar - Speed 2 (with a configurable message on click)
Blaze Powder - Strength 2 (with a configurable message on click)
Iron - Resistance 2 (with a configurable message on click)
Feather - Jump Boost 2 (with a configurable message on click)

Also, I'd like a 10% chance that the drug takes a 'negative effect' and gives the player slowness 1 and weakness 1 for 7s, instead of the positive effect.

yeah but it's not exactly how i'd like it to be, and this project is pretty important to me
