Hey, guys. We are a new company so we are recruiting anyone who is willing to work. So if your new to companies this is how it works, a sales representatives would bring a customer to our discord (http://discord.me/aspireservices) and he would say in staff chat, "Hey, I'm looking for a @javadev" A java developer would be in contact with him, the sales rep would make a group of the owner, the java-dev, and the client. After the deal is done, and I have the money (The owner) I will be giving 10% to the sales rep, keeping 10% and giving 80% to the freelancer.
