Would just like to point out, as the person who put the neg rep, that it has not been resolved. I was able to get my money through a chargeback, but he still attempted to scam me.

But you never paid the agreed upon amount, you blocked me, and you forced me to jump through a series of hoops to get my money back. I don’t consider that “resolved”.
