interesting that your own staff dont know your selling it
Whoever joined the server, and asked If i am selling it, I was afk, my staff were not informed yet about my decision, but have just told me someone joined and asked if I was selling it. No this is not a scam, and an agreement document will be supplied upon sale.

There is a staff meeting set for 9pm est tonight to inform everyone. My decision to sell it has been made tonight downfall. Like I said for any legal or scam worries, On final sale the Agreement Form will have to be signed by both parties.
