The seller is very unprofessional and for some reason gave me the files because he couldn't download them.
The files included a license to either Pterodactyl or Multicraft, I haven't cared to check which.
The server also gives you Spigot Premium plugins, cracked or not I do not know but it is still against the TOS by Spigot.
This is not a seller you approach.
He is also attempting to sell a single server "Network" for 500+ which is absurd because they had no members in their files.
The server is not established either, he just gives you files... so he is selling a setup not a establishment.

one of them is just files, other is fully established.

You failed to prove this, still you committed fraud by attempting to sell files that you don't have rights to. I can give you a list of Spigot Premium plugins within this.

Why are you selling your friends files?
You tried to sell files that you are not allowed to.
The following plugins are prohibited from being sold or given to anyone who isn't the original customer:
- AuctionHouse
- LiteBans
- FactionsUltimate
I'm sure there's more that I'm unaware of too.
