Are you joking?

A quality hosting provider in this day and age costs potentially hundreds per month. If you only have a hundred bucks to spare, you're not going last longer than a month. That's a promise.

Rethink your entire strategy and put a business plan together. You're not going to find an investor on a Minecraft forum for a hosting provider either.
