Donor Ranks, Perks, Gadgets, Pets, etc etc etc for SkyWars

Here is what I need done on my server... (SkyWars)

I need 5 donor ranks setup, along with the perms/stuff each rank acquires. I also need that you can use coins you earn to buy crate keys. In the crates you have chances of unlocking new pets (rare) costumes (uncommon) and heads (common). I also need gadgets setup (the way you get ammo for gadgets is through crates. The better the gadgets the more rare it is to get the rare gadgets ammo. I also need it that with coins you can buy pet mounts to buy. The pet mounts will cost a lot to buy. So lets say a kit is around 1000 coins. A pet or mount might cost 5000 or more depending on how cool it is.
Can you do this? I'm willing to pay decent amount .
For the donor ranks, when we get going. I will then start telling you what each rank gets.
