Don't allow review for review on resources

Mcm doesn't allow rep for rep and the like, but no where in the rules does it also specifically state review for review on resources like it does with the other examples. Might seem like a bit nit-picky but I think quite a few people are abusing this and the more I thought about it the more I thought it was pretty scummy of the individuals.
Their resources and profiles are littered with fake reviews constantly and if they got called out on it they could easily say that it wasn't clearly stated in the rules.

I'm obviously not a frequent resource poster so i'm not sure how big of an issue this actually is, but I think it would be good to make the platform a bit more fair and more reliable to new users.

Just out of curiosity who exactly is doing this and how many people are doing that? I 100% agree with you that this should be added to the rules as it seems to be kinda a loophole. This bugs me as it could impact new resource creators from getting into making resources as other just look so much higher then them.

Honestly I'm not going to say the specific users name unless it's needed because the screenshot is from what seems to be a very very active person on the site and I don't want to get witch hunted like I see other people. They have over 70 rep and are on a lot from my constant browsing.
One added me on discord to purely ask which I ignored. A couple people commissioning me since I started posting resources have insinuated 'helping eachother out' which I also flat out ignored.

There's a difference between giving access to resources for "review for review" and giving access to resources as a VC, both are given out for "free" but the intentions are different.

This sounds like a great change for an issue I didn't really know existed. We should treat resource reviews the same way that we treat reputation so that it can not be used as a reward or currency.

I'll move this to pending to discuss it with Justis, our resident rule god, to see how something like that could be phrased. Thanks for the suggestion!
