Okay so basically Panda/OfflineBye is a entirely deceptive scammer, by deceives I mean he attempts to look legitimate. I have never exposed someone and hope to never do so again but panda has taken things to far, this has to be done. So lets begin.
*BACKSTORY*
8 Months ago *Was 12 at the time* I used £10 of Christmas money , and asked my mum to use her paypal account I bought a server.pro £10 server, I setup a small cosmic test and used a free domain with them. I was familiar with a lot of cosmic factions so on my first real I got 20 people, then someone asked me how to buy a rank, I honestly wasn't sure I had no clue how to setup a store, so I looked into it and found a site called buycraft, I set this site up and boom. Within just a few hours I made 40$! I was so happy, being a ordinary 12 year old without experience, I decided to tell everyone! I thought it was great, apparently players don't like that. Anyways, I used the money on a skynode premium server and the domain. GalaxyPvP.Me. After having a full domain, my server grew to a steady 60 or so playerbase which was amazing! I was making around 50$ a day at the time and had a lot more experience, I spent all the money on paying youtubers however was scammed by a fake suchspeed *Ironically scammed by the real one later*, anyways, this was only 2 weeks into my server by this time, I spent all the money on paying suchspeed and school was starting soon... I began to panic, I then told everyone the issue, that I wouldn't be able to pay hosting ( I could have used donations I idiotically paniced to much ). A dev of mine (2IA) suggested Panda/OfflineBye I asked him if he would be able to fund, he answered yes, he also said he had experience making plugins (Straight up lie never made me a plugin) Anyways, we agreed 200$ + 50/50 work and we split donations 50/50. At this point he told me he had a verified paypal, so I made it so donations go to him.
**The scam**
Panda was receiving donations, I then went on holiday for 2 days, and noticed he was working on a new server "OpticPvP" we specifically agreed this money was to be used on our server yet he went out of his way to spend mine and his cut on domains, logos and more. I then confronted him upon this and changed the buycraft payment gateway to my dads email. Panda didn't like this gesture, similarly to how I didn't like what he did, I told him I will change it back after he explains, he refused. So I said you know what ill change it but I got dinner ill be back in 30mins. When I come back all the players are in the hub questioning why they cant get in, I looked in console and noticed we was missing a server jar I looked in our files nothing is there. He deleted them, I then asked him for them back, he told me to pay him 50% of what we already earnt for them back. To clarify we was earning 200$ a day at the time we was together for not even a week. He wants me to pay my cut of the money (600$ THAT I NEVER EVEN GOT XD) to him for the files, I refused as obviously I couldn't go into my money for it. He then never gave the files back and kept my part of the money therefore I couldn't pay out f top, he said I "Scammed everyone" and tried to redirect the blame, I cleared my name after this.
Thats basically the story, these are some of the proof hes a liar and a scum.
