Don't give Reply Privileges to New Members in OG Section

(Like the Loan Section)
Title says it all, a lot of times when I see someone selling an expensive OG, I see new members say "Bin [$400]"
A few hours later the OP of the thread says user backed out or just full-out ignores the user.

If you're not interested in what newer users have to say in your minecraft account selling thread then simply don't accept their bid or ignore their response.

The reason that we don't allow newer users to comment on loans/investment threads is because of how ridiculously easy it is to scam with them, minecraft accounts are a little bit different.

If you don't want to deal with new users then don't, but that doesn't mean we should block them from using a section of our site because a few users don't like their replies.
