Don't let people with low messages and reactions buy resources

I know I can't be the only one, but I've often had new members or people with few to no reactions or messages buy one of my resources and after a few weeks or days charge back. Now you might say, why don't you open a scam report, well these people obviously don't care, because once they get banned they can just make a new account.

It is planned to allow resource authors to specify all of the criteria for their eligible buyers if they want to restrict who can purchase their resource.

USER CRITERIA for resource purchases, such as:

• Post count
• Days registered
• Purchased resources count
• Positive rep count
• Donation rank
• Warning points?
• Reaction count?
• PayPal account status?

Is it possible to only allow users to pay using their paypal balance? I literally have stopped selling plugins because people charge back like 2 days later and they always win because they pay with a credit card or VPN.

As Justis has said, something like this has already been planned to be implemented in the next resource update, which will hopefully be in the next few months along with many other useful changes.

Hopefully once we have the new requirements feature implemented this will no longer be a problem, but I don't think it's possible to just allow people to pay through PayPal.
