Yesterday I was banned from the chatbox for 1 month due to a bug on the site. I raised the error in a ticket explaining the whole thing with staff replying, but I am still punished. I have posted a comprehensive bug report in the hopes of a fellow developer looking into this and can deem me innocent.
Im writing this suggestion since I find no where on the site that says a user wont be punished for finding and reporting a bug to the staff. Because this is infact the case with me at the moment, I am still being punished after I explained the situation in a ticket.
Suggestion:
If Mc-Market policy is that users should be punished for finding and reporting bugs (even if they havent abused it, also my case), I think this should be changed, seeing as it would lead to less bugs being reporting since the users knows that a punishment will be returned if they speak up.
If this is not the case then I apoligize for making a false suggestion. I cant find any information about this exact thing onsite, no threads or wikis, so Im raising the issues here aswell.
