DON'T USE OVH

OVH are nothing but scammers. I signed up about 2 months ago and have requested a refund maybe just little over a month ago. I purchased a VPS from them and i showed them visual proof of my age and so on. They then denied my order and said i would get a refund yet that was 2 MONTHS ago. I have been on and off with their "support" agents and i always get the same answer, "You should receive the refund in 7-10 business days". Ok like really? I'm done with OVH and if i don't get my refund within the next week i am definitely making calls.

You can just call your credit card company or open a paypal dispute.

We've had no issues with OVH if you need help with getting a refund contact your bank but I would recommend contacting OVH directly since going above them will just make them more forcefully with what they ask/do.

Calling out a company for scamming because they haven't refunded just you yet our of their huge amount of users seems rather wrong... Dosen't it?

I can assure you there's many bad things to say about OVH, more then there should be. But acusing them of scamming? You signed up with a budget host, and espect a premium service. Dosen't work like that.

Now, many people say "I'm pro so i don't need support". That's really incorrect.

You're not at the level to break into the datacenter and replace your drive, are you?

So that's a huge issue. And that's why OVH should not be used for production use. At all.

Especially with Kimsufi, if your drive is dead, you're dead.

That's why you contact their PHONE NUMBER, not support tickets.

Still takes time for the actual datacenter staff to solve your issue.

No shit, it's a datacenter. You're not the only client there. Any and all datacenter requires time to replace drives, cpus, etc.

And that's the mind of someone that has used OVH for too long
