I started developing spigot 2 months ago.

Your argument is stupid, what if the person is a fast-learner? You are saying that it's impossible to have a basic amount of knowledge required to create Bukkit plugins within 2 months? Lol?

How is it "stupid"? Most users start directly with bukkit without any java knowledge, and to learn java + be able to make plugins it certainly doesn't take someone just 2 months.

That is why I dont offer big plugins (because I dont know how to make those).
If you want to, I will glad to make you a plugin if you want to test me, but if I do it you will have to vouch me.

I've been coding and working with the Spigot API for about 2-3 months, and I've made a little minigame and multiple other plugins, it's not impossible, I agree on this person being a fast learner.
